*Qualifications: *
* 2 years of order entry/processing experience from manufacturing/distribution
* ERP / MRP software knowledge
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Detail oriented
* Fast paced worker
*Responsibilities: *
* *Order Processing:* Enter and process over 100 customer orders per day received via phone, fax, and email.
* *Customer Interaction:* Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and general product questions.
* *Order Management:* Handle order-to-cash processes, including Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Delivery (BOD) related to orders.
* *ERP Software Utilization:* Utilize ERP software for accurate and timely order entry.
* *Order Tracking and Resolution:* Monitor and track orders, resolving any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
* *New Order Generation:* Assist in generating new orders and maintaining customer records.
* *General Inquiries:* Address other general questions or concerns from customers.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with field sales representatives to ensure seamless order processing and customer service.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
