Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist)

Schedule: Hours are 8:30 to 5pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on Fridays.
Terms: Long-term Permanent
Pay: Negotiable $18-20/Hr to start with advancement opportunities

Job Overview: Performing as a Medical Receptionist - which include Administrative and Customer Service duties.
Essential Job Functions:
* Manage a variety of high-volume incoming and outgoing calls regarding new and/or existing members medical equipment or supply needs!
* Verify and answer insurance coverage questions regarding products they are eligible for and what costs will look like.
* Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
* Speaks with caregivers, doctors, insurance companies, and other outside providers regarding member
account and product needs.
* Documentation creation and follow up to ensure necessary documentation on file.
