Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled SolidWorks Specialist to assist with the migration of SolidWorks models and drawings to our new Product Lifecycle Management system.
Responsibilities:
- Clean up and prepare existing SolidWorks models and drawings for migration.
- Update metadata to align with the new PLM system requirements.
- Classify and attribute SolidWorks assemblies, parts, and drawings for seamless integration into Bluestar.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve migration-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of changes and updates.
- Develop and implement best practices for SolidWorks model and drawing management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SolidWorks, including assemblies, parts, and drawings.
- Familiarity with PLM systems, preferably Bluestar or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
