Our client is looking for a Service Desk Specialist is to provide support to end users on all company supported applications and hardware. Support is provided via phone, chat service, and the self-service portal.
Candidate must be local the Columbus, OH area.
Hybrid shift, 3 days in office per week, must have ability to work remote.
Core business hours M-F (7a-4p or 8a-5p EST).
