We are seeking a dynamic technology leader to join our team as the Program Principal for Site Reliability Engineering. This strategic role will be pivotal in leading and executing large-scale Site reliability engineering customer engagements, ensuring the stability and performance of Modern cloud and legacy systems and application by implementing best practices in reliability engineering, and driving automation to enhance operational efficiency. Reporting to Director of ITOps Modernization, this role will be responsible for leading development, sales, solution and delivery of Site Reliability Engineering program offering for TEKsystems Global Services Enterprise customers. This role will be accountable for ensuring delivery excellence and providing thought leadership to our customer’s executive and technical leadership. Responsibilities : Capability Development : In this role, you will lead development of Site Reliability engineering offerings for customer’s cloud-native and cloud-agnostic needs focused on operational efficiency, observability, stability and resiliency of enterprise IT systems. This includes but is not limited to use-cases such as driving SRE adoption at scale, observability design and implementation and building efficient incident and problem management etc.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $220000.00We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
