*Key Responsibilities:*
* Plan, execute, and oversee facilities management projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
* Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
* *Utilize CAD software to create and review project designs and plans.*
*Qualifications*:
* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven track record of successfully managing projects.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
* *Proficiency in CAD software is required.*
* Professional experience in construction or facilities management is preferred.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
