Communications Manager

Job Title: Senior Manager – Communications & Coordination
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418

Overview:
Indotronix is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to support the Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer. This role leads internal and external communication strategies, supports executive leadership, and promotes the company’s innovation and sustainability efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal communications: newsletters, announcements, virtual town halls, intranet updates
• Support external campaigns and brand visibility
• Create presentations for internal and external audiences
• Coordinate executive travel, speaking engagements, and event messaging
• Manage employee recognition programs and sustainability communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing (MBA preferred)
• 8 years in corporate or internal communications
• Strong writing, presentation, and project management skills
• Experience working with executives and managing high-level communications
• Familiar with LinkedIn, SharePoint, Poppulo, and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $63.00 per hour
