Electronic Assembler

Job Title: Assembly Associate
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime and every other Saturday)

Job Summary:
Perform simple, repeatable assembly tasks for large or medium-sized components without machinery. Work in an air-conditioned facility, handling small parts and assembling Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble PCBs and related components (metal or plastic).
• Test modules and complete final assembly procedures.
• Handle small parts (long nails may interfere with tasks).
• Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally (approx. 3-4 boxes per hour for up to 4 hours).
• Follow safety guidelines (no open-toe shoes, casual dress code).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass an in-person interview, including assembly, math, and quality/speed tests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.

Additional Details:

• Temp-to-perm opportunity (no guaranteed timeline).
• Overtime may include working every other Saturday (up to 54 hours/week during peak times).
• Training provided; schedule adjustments may occur during training.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
