Job description :
Client is seeking a Project Architect to join our team on a full-time basis in Chapel Hill, NC. This is a hybrid role, where some remote work is acceptable. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from concept through construction documentation, working closely with clients to explore, develop, and deliver designs that respond to program, site, context, budget, and schedule.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Architectural registration
8 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Proven technical proficiency and expertise in building codes, systems, and detailing
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and team members
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively across teams
LEED accreditation is a plus
