Lead the development and implementation of Application databases using Oracle technologies.
Ensure the security and integrity of databases by implementing robust Oracle Database Security measures (TDE, Oracle Key Vault) etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Secure data into business processes.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.
Should be Strong in Analyze Issues and able to provide clear RCA on the Issue.
Good to have Strong skills working on Database Administration on Exadata Platform.
Good to have Strong skills working on ZDLRA Appliance for Backups.
Manage the administration of Oracle databases, including Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
Develop and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle database management.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system efficiency.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Participate in project planning and review meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
