• Ensure the security and integrity of databases by implementing robust Oracle Database Security measures (TDE, Oracle Key Vault) etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Secure data into business processes.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business strategies.
• Should be Strong in Analyze Issues and able to provide clear RCA on the Issue.
• Good to have Strong skills working on Database Administration on Exadata Platform.
• Good to have Strong skills working on ZDLRA Appliance for Backups.
• Manage the administration of Oracle databases, including Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
• Develop and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle database management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to enhance system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
• Participate in project planning and review meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
