Title: Plant Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading plant maintenance activities, ensuring equipment efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness while managing a skilled maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant maintenance and ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Manage and develop the maintenance team to support plant objectives.
- Conduct daily and weekly team meetings to review safety, equipment, and processes.
- Plan and schedule preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
- Use SAP for work orders, inventory management, and training.
- Provide reports on downtime and suggest improvements.
- Maintain effective partnerships with Operations and ensure customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma 4 years related experience, or Associate’s 3 years, or Bachelor’s 1-year experience.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s 2 years or Master’s in a related field.
- SAP experience, team leadership, and knowledge of production operations.
- Familiarity with PI&D and technical manuals.
Work Environment:
Physical role with exposure to safety hazards, requiring PPE and work in varying temperatures. Focus on food safety and quality is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
