Millwright Maintenance Technician
Location: Delphos, OH
Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
We are seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair machinery in food processing and manufacturing systems. This role ensures the reliability of mechanical equipment, implements a preventive maintenance program, and maintains safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, alignment, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and diagnose mechanical issues.
- Maintain building structures, plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in shop buildings and warehouses.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance and repair machinery in food processing and manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in machinery installation, alignment, and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, kneel, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.84 - $30.00 per hour
