Job Summary:
The Plant/Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing plant and blow mold operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations. This role requires strong leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring a safe work environment.
- Manage plant operations, ensuring productivity, cost control, and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee employee hiring, training, performance evaluations, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain production efficiency, inventory management, and coordination with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with maintenance and management to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct daily production reviews, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in food processing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with safety, quality control, and production planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
