Job Description:
Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing & Executive Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance to the Sr. Director.
- This role involves executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and coordinating events, while also handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and executive support.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop their skills in a collaborative setting.
Essential Duties
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, owning internal site content approach, copywriting, content creation
- Coordinate with internal & external vendors, designers, and copywriters to develop marketing materials
- Monitor sales team requests on Monday.com
- Be the point of contact for product label creation
- Support event planning and coordination for trade shows, conferences, and promotional events
- Administrative Support
- Manage Sr. Director's calendar (meeting coordination/scheduling)
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including agenda preparation and note-taking.
- Manage the Roads AODoc folder

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
