Job Description
What youll be doing
Planning for NAMC projects layout and equipment needs go and see to gather current data (benchmarking)
Make overall process layout and evaluate equipment modification or new equipment needs
Evaluate multiple options of equipment plans for project KPI while working with a team
Establish new processes or improvements as needed after experience with existing procedures.
Able to support & meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects
Provide feedback to facilitate group development
Identifying critical judgement criteria and providing studies to support decision making with strong consideration of critical path of decision making for project success.
Requirements :
What you bring (Must Have)
Technical Degree in Engineering Business Project Management
Or Work Equivalent in Applicable Field (Automotive Industrial Procurement etc)5Yrs Work Experience
What you may bring (Prefer to Have Sets Candidates Apart)
New Model Body Shop Production Preparation Experience
Manufacturing Shop Project / Mass Production Experience
Experience planning equipment cost and budgetary estimations
Vehicle Structure & Processing Knowledge
Advanced Engineering Degree
Project Management experience
Ability to identify and solve complex problems and investigate related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
