Job summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Phone Analyst with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field services.
- This role involves analyzing geospatial data to support various projects and initiatives, contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with onshore team for issue resolutions related to Phones
- Work on deliverables adhering to SLA requirements.
- Ensure support artifacts are updates on time.
- Recommend & implement corrective measures around the device support
- Liaise with Source & Destination application stake holders for faster resolution of issues.
- Work on deliverables adhering to SLA requirements.
- Adhere to Merchants processes for incident management & other tasks.
Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelors degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in geospatial analysis and field services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using geospatial software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar tools.
- Show strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Have experience in developing and maintaining geospatial databases.
- Be knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in geospatial analysis.
- Display the ability to train and mentor junior analysts.
- Understand and comply with relevant regulations and standards in geospatial data handling.
- Be capable of working in a hybrid model with minimal supervision.
- Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate the ability to produce detailed reports and visualizations.
- Have a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
