Position : Supply Chain Coordinator / Buyer
Location : Miami, OK, 74354
Duration : 6 Months
Job Type : Contract
Work Type : Onsite
Shift : Monday to Friday 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities :
The Buyer II (SUD) - Supply Chain role is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of procurement strategies and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Roll out and lead strategic discussions with suppliers to optimize procurement processes and align production planning
Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior leaders to set goals and review performance
Manage vendor lead times and address any advanced issues promptly
Drive service performance to meet or exceed internal and customer expectations
Apply Microsoft Office and data mining tools to track service levels and manage inventory
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
2 years of experience in supply chain or related field
Proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced problem-solving and influencing skills
Supplier / vendor management experience
Experience with ERP Systems
