Robotics Manufacturing and Technical Operations (RMTO) is looking for an innovative, customer-obsessed Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the team in support of business scaling to deliver the next generation of robots.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishes having a hand in the future of robotics and is able to adapt and excel in a highly ambiguous environment.
This role requires a unique combination of engineering know how, problem solving, curiosity, innovation, leadership, and effective communication.
Looking for someone who can successfully work independently and trouble shoot issues on their own.
Key job responsibilities :
The TPM for RMTO Data & Analytics responsibilities include :
Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Engineers, and Functional Managers to define and deliver analytics tools and insights
Look for opportunities to simplify and automate redundant processes as well as tools to allow customers to self-educate and self-service data
Partner with stakeholders to develop a data strategy which will enable the future of AI, CV, and ML capabilities
Lead technical excellence across the data team raising the quality bar of all output
Translate the requirements of the business stakeholders into technical requests to the partner technical teams
Utilize agile methodologies to run sprints to deliver data analytics and enable business insights across the full portfolio of RMTO's services
Work with partner teams to refine the BI and visualization space across Robotics
Candidate Requirements :
Basic qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in related field.
2 years of hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, and / or MES systems.
Communication, writing and collaboration skills.
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business.
