Position Summary
The Accounts Payable Coordinator is expected to apply a thorough understanding of financial reporting and general ledger structure to all duties and tasks. The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for processing accounting transactions, completing assigned clerical tasks, and maintaining records in an efficient and accurate manner.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Process accounts payable - ensuring that bills and other financial obligations are paid in a timely manner and transactions are posted to proper general ledger accounts.
- Evaluate and report on outstanding accounts payable, submit weekly and daily reports.
- Maintain accounting of all annual requisitions
- Working closely with Risk Management process bills and payments for employee WC claims
- Reconcile and pay workers’ compensation (WC) premiums – and submit report • Reconcile and process client services billing
- Reconcile and process intercompany billing
- Process insurance payments after reconciliation received from Benefits
- Post 401K and other retirement plan payments
- Make desktop deposits
- Interact with other departments to ensure data integrity and to resolve issues as needed
- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned
- Other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or General education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of educations and experience

PAY | Ranging from $17-$20/hr
SCHEDULE | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
REQUIREMENTS | Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
