Looking to hire remotely for Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Texas, among other states!
The ideal Broker would:
- Build a true partnership with TEL Staffing and HR
- Explain to potential Clients how TEL Staffing and HR will provide solutions to match THEIR business needs
- Compare pricing of other PEO’s to ensure TEL Staffing & HR is providing the most cost-effective and quality services
- Know and explain why TEL Staffing & HR is a PEO that would be the right fit for their specific organization
- Identify an opportunity, and if there is a fit, schedule a meeting with the potential Client
- Learn about the Client’s needs during the meeting to discuss the business benefits of working with a PEO
- Develop and present a personalized proposal to a potential Client after meeting
- Create a tailored plan that works best for client's needs
- Maintain an ongoing mutually beneficial relationship with each Client.
