TELACU Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of public works related projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in document control
- Attend meetings
- Write meeting minutes
- Set up and maintain document control system
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between TCM, the client, and the contractors
- Process payment applications
- Assist with QA/QC walks
- Observe construction activities
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- B.A/B.S. Business, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar preferable
- Notary of public preferred
- Previous experience working on construction projects
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
Salary : $25 - $30
