Summary of Position
As Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing you will be part of a fast-moving and dynamic procurement organization within Teladoc. This is a unique opportunity to help lead a team managing key spend categories. You will be in a highly visible role with direct interface to our executive team and leaders across each of our functional organizations (Finance, Supply Chain, Clinical Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Product, etc).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Teladoc's spend management across a portfolio of key suppliers
- Build Strategic relationships with Supplier Executive Teams to support Teladoc's mission
- Negotiate agreements to meet operational and financial objectives
- Lead Supplier Management Process (Scorecard, QBR, etc.) for suppliers
- Lead Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Spend Management reviews
- Perform market analysis and complete data gathering to develop / support procurement decisions and strategies.
- Partner with and influence business partner departments and build successful relationships.
Assist business partners as they manage on-going supplier relationships.
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

The base salary range for this position is$110,000.00-$130,000.00 . In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025 .Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
