Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished results-oriented healthcare executive to serve as our Chief Operating Officer (COO). Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO has responsibility for driving operational direction and improvement initiatives for Mclaren Macomb in collaboration with the CEO and Senior Leadership team.
The COO will lead, direct, and drive continuous operating performance improvement in Mclaren Macomb through direct reports and in collaboration with other senior leaders. Ensuring departments achieve budgeted financial objectives through continual oversight of business operations is a key aspect of this role.
