What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at Telco Community Credit Union?
DUTIES AND RESPONISIBILITIES
- Answer telephone, promptly, professionally, and positively according to our telephone policy.
- Serve membership issues or transfer to proper person in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
- Cross sell all credit union products to members.
- Continuously check member service voicemail, emails, online messages and reply to these accordingly.
- Research and solve routine member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts.
- Verify accounts, transfer funds, order cards, travel notes, and answer questions regarding share accounts, share drafts, visa credit cards, atm card, IRAs, ETC.
- Assist members with basic questions regarding their loans, payments, and collection issues.
- Responsible for researching member inquires to ensure proper follow up and satisfaction.
- Organize and prepare incoming documents to be scanned.
- Scan and index documents according to the requirements of each document type.
- Process incoming and returned mail/packages.
- Performs other assigned duties as needed in order to satisfy membership needs and discharge the business requirements of the credit union.
- Treat all credit union members and employess with positive and cooperative attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
