Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of design principles. You will be responsible for creating engaging graphics that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. This role requires proficiency in graphic design software and an eye for detail, ensuring that all designs align with our brand standards. This position has a lot flexibility of working from home and the office at 423 Gilmer Rd, Longview, TX. Tasks completed is more important than what hours are worked.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media posts, newsletters, videos, and website content.
- Collaborate with marketing to create cohesive designs that enhance the overall brand experience.
- Utilize content management systems and WordPress to update website graphics and layouts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Take ideas from concept to execution.
- Identify, resolve, and overcome obstacles/problems.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with CSS for web design.
- Knowledge of visual design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions as necessary.

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
