Job Description
The Construction Foreman will be responsible for providing communication and direction to crew members, implementing and performing steps to complete jobs in a timely manner, and ensuring DOT documentation.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily production goals and conducting daily walk-throughs.
- Maintaining and submitting required reporting, setting up safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers, and flagging traffic as needed.
- Other duties may include operating construction equipment, such as dump trucks and skid loaders, and conducting weekly tool box talks.
