Telecommunications Construction Superintendent-PAY BASED ON EXP

Overview:

We are seeking a Telecommunications Construction Superintendent to support wireless construction operations. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing field operations, conducting site visits and safety audits, managing warehouse logistics, and ensuring proper material handling and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, construction knowledge, and a proactive approach to supporting crews and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Field phone calls to support crews and project management

Interpret construction drawings, mount analysis, and structural analysis

Drive to job sites for safety audits, customer site walks, and progress inspections

Receive, inventory, and organize materials delivered to the warehouse

Release materials to crews and scan using the AT&T VAST AppDepot (training provided)

Deliver and manage asset materials to/from local CSSLs as needed

Band, palletize, and complete paperwork for returned or decommissioned items.

Ensure warehouse compliance with safety and material handling procedures

Qualifications:

Experience in telecom or general construction preferred

Ability to read and interpret construction and structural drawings

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working in both field and warehouse environments

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Familiarity with AT&T systems a plus (training provided)
