Full Time; DAYS 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm PST; Monday - Friday (Contract Position)
The majority of our programs operate on Pacific Standard Time, preference will be given to candidates in this time zone
Expected starting wage range is $24 - $30 / hour
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs a wide variety of activities to support the end-to-end recruitment process. Serving as an integral partner to the Talent Acquisition team in facilitating recruitment activities and building candidate relationships, the TA Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support throughout the hiring process by direct interaction with the hiring managers, vendors and candidates. In addition to assuming responsibility for supporting the Talent Acquisition process through pre- and post-hire activities, this position provides support and assistance to the recruiters with interview scheduling and hiring events.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
- Associate degree, or HS Diploma or GED and equivalent work experience in supporting a talent acquisition team.
- Two (2) years of administrative support experience in recruitment or related area
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using HRIS systems.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
