Business Office Manager

TeleCom Business Solutions is on the lookout for a Business Office Manager.

In this role reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll handle bookkeeping, HR, and general administrative responsibilities. You'll be responsible for AP/AR, processing and onboarding/offboarding team members, and take care of our technicians by helping them manage certifications and professional licenses, HR needs, and payroll.

To be successful in this role, you'll need some experience or education in accounting or bookkeeping, QuickBooks experience preferred; strong communication skills (especially phone and email); and be able to manage time and responsibilities independently. We are looking for someone to be in the Hallam PA office most of the time, but there is some flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Onboarding/Offboarding employees
• Manage staff's certifications/licenses/clearances
• General Office Duties
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and embody TeleCom's professionalism and courtesy when dealing with vendors and customers.

Skills:

• Valid US Driver’s license and reliable transportation with the ability to commute to clients’ locations and the office in Hallam, PA.
• Accounting/Bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred)
• Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, including excellent customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a valuable team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
