What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Telecom Service Bureau?
Summary
We are looking for bilingual customer service representatives to handle inbound calls from lifeline and pre-paid wireless customers and Retail Agents to assist in account inquiries, educate customers on products and services, and resolve device and service issues through technical troubleshooting while providing an excellent customer experience. Must be available to work until 6pm, Monday – Saturday. This is not a remote position and will require you to work in an office setting that follows the social distancing recommendations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish new wireless service
- Perform account maintenance by enrolling customers in auto pay
- Educate customers on policies, procedures and self-service options
- Up sell products, services, plan promotions and top ups
- Troubleshoot and resolve device and coverage issues
- Provide one call resolution through thorough account review
Skills and Specifications
- Must be bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English)
- Must be available to work until 6pm, Monday – Saturday.
- Must have a strong knowledge of sales, customer service, and account care and provisioning
- Previous call center experience as a customer service representative is a plus
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and have keen attention to detail
- Needs the ability to multitask in a fast paced team environment
- Proficiency in typing and grammar
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, problem analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills
