Teledyne Qioptiq Electronic Solutions (“QES”) is an advanced electronics business that provides custom energetics, including electronic safe & arm devices, high-voltage semiconductor switches and rubidium frequency standards for defense and space applications, weapons sights and surveillance products.
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to work onsite at our Miamisburg, OH site.
Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of the AR process, including collections, invoicing, credit memos and maintaining accurate customer records in SAP.
- Resolve disputes and exceptions from collection processes.
- Ensuring all invoices are posted to general ledger and reconcile to GL on monthly basis.
- Review unapplied cash account
- Review A/R Aging and follow up on overdue payments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years progressive responsibility in the above functions.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Previous exposure to computerized accounting programs on a multi-user system – SAP Program is a must
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Intermediate experience in Excel
- Problem Solver
- Proven customer relations skills.

Salary : $53,200 - $70,000
