Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator with a strong passion for HR to join our team. In this role you will play a critical part in supporting our recruitment efforts while also providing essential HR administrative support to our Mt. View, CA office. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner to understand hiring needs and create job postings that attract top talent.
- Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system, Workday, with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background screenings and reference verifications.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
HR Administrative Support:
- Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance with California meal and rest rules, company policies and legal requirements.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, reporting, and scheduling.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration and recruiting.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Experience with Workday and ADP platform is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing an excellent candidate and employee experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
