Teleion is looking for a Vendor Performance Program Manager to join our team! You will be joining a team of Teleion consultant support our major client. Successful candidates will have experience in at least two of the following three disciplines – Vendor Management, KPI Management and Project Management – and can become well versed in all three in order to bridge across our diverse group of stakeholders. You will be the primary contact and responsible for ensuring ongoing and direct communication at the right level and right time to ensure successful delivery of the managed service.
Responsibility:
Infrastructure & Governance
- Develop a comprehensive KPI library with quantitative and qualitative metrics (e.g., SLA compliance, customer satisfaction).
- Establish SOPs for KPI measurement and verification.
- Create Rebates, Penalties and Incentives standards and collection protocol.
- Aggregate performance reviews to identify and address underperforming suppliers.
- Utilize new whitepaper format to fine-tune approach and roll out business review playbook with supplier work instructions.
- Create a KPI verification process to ensure metric accuracy and fairness.
- Establish a CAP process to address and resolve chronic underperformance.
- Create standard report out process to show objective supplier performance improvement across the supply chain
Framework & Diversity
- Assess and segment the supplier base.
- Define management strategies tailored to each segment.
- Provide recommendations for managing, contracting and governing national and regional suppliers
- Baseline Facilities Services’ diverse spend.
- Develop actionable strategies with sourcing and regional teams to engage diverse suppliers.
- Align with enterprise initiatives for consistent messaging and results.
Requirement:
- Must have strong mathematical skills and business acumen to understand how the metrics help drive the business.
- Experience with vendor performance management and designing framework is a must.
- Exposure to vendor diversity is a great nice-to-have.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Operate personal computer as well as demonstrating proficiency with computer software (examples include Outlook, SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Smartsheet, etc.)
