About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Patient Scheduler to support virtual. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and have strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Accurately enter and update patient information.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries.
- Ensure timely scheduling for new and follow-up visits.
- Maintain confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Problem-solve patient concerns with professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience in an office setting with phone and computer-based tasks.
- Telemedicine experience (a plus).
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
