The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Founding Partners and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage executives’ calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
- Screen phone calls, manage email communications, and act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate office operations, including supply management, vendor communications, and office logistics.
- Assist in event planning, including board meetings, investor meetings, and company functions.
- Handle expense reports and reimbursement processing in a timely manner.
- Provide project support as needed, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in private equity, finance, or professional services is a plus.
