The Computer Systems Engineer will assist in the support of all aspects of LAN-based networking, including cabling, phone systems, and software installation and maintenance.
The successful candidate will also assist with the installation and maintenance of voice systems to support call-flow, repair or upgrade computer systems as needed, and provide Tier 1 level support on hardware and software technical issues.
