You will be an integral part of our team, handling customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and experiencing a new challenge every day.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
  2. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
  3. Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  4. Respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments.
  5. Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  6. Provide feedback on call issues.
  7. Upsell if required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proven call center experience.
  • Typing 25 WPM.
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation.
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting.
