Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Banking Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise during customer interactions.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our customer service processes.
- Upsell relevant products or services to customers as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred.
- Proven call center experience with a strong track record of resolving customer complaints.
- Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher.
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation, including ability to set up home Wi-Fi network and configure routers or switches.
- Ability to work independently and stay composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
- Strong listening skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
