- Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer concerns
- Working with confidential customer information with discretion
- Resolving issues efficiently and effectively on the first call
- Communicating clearly and concisely with customers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
