We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT to join our team at our Columbia, South Carolina location.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through active listening, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Handling customer inquiries with care and professionalism
  • Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer concerns
  • Working with confidential customer information with discretion
  • Resolving issues efficiently and effectively on the first call
  • Communicating clearly and concisely with customers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English languages
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
