Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical assistance to consumers via various channels
- Support client-specific high-speed internet services, ensuring an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Deliver in-scope support for internet service and connectivity-related issues
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Resolve customer issues on the first call as frequently as possible
- Manage trouble tickets efficiently and complete work assignments within expected time frames
Requirements:
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Age 18 or older
- Able to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
