Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Company: Teleperformance

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist users through various communication channels, including phone, chat, email, or tickets raised via portal, while adhering to incident management processes and procedures.
  2. Log, validate, and diagnose user issues across a range of products and applications used.
  3. Provide users with solutions by gathering information, conducting analytical troubleshooting, and researching problems, or route or escalate the issue to the appropriate resolution group.
  4. Evaluate interactions to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels.
  5. Be responsive to clients while following quality management system principles and procedures.
  6. Demonstrate excellent customer service in all user interactions.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement of the service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from any field.
  • Undergraduate completed at least 2 years with 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and high trainability.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for customer service.
  • Language proficiency in English is required; Japanese, Bahasa, and/or Mandarin is preferred.
