We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Assist users through various communication channels, including phone, chat, email, or tickets raised via portal, while adhering to incident management processes and procedures.
- Log, validate, and diagnose user issues across a range of products and applications used.
- Provide users with solutions by gathering information, conducting analytical troubleshooting, and researching problems, or route or escalate the issue to the appropriate resolution group.
- Evaluate interactions to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels.
- Be responsive to clients while following quality management system principles and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service in all user interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from any field.
- Undergraduate completed at least 2 years with 2 years relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and high trainability.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for customer service.
- Language proficiency in English is required; Japanese, Bahasa, and/or Mandarin is preferred.
