In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet TEC Specifications. You will work closely with the Plant Construction & Quality Manager, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Essential Job Functions
- Regular travel for company-related work using a personal vehicle or company vehicle.
- Provide reports to management on projects' progress, documenting unit completion and specified details.
- Monitor contractor construction to verify that it is being built according to the plans and in compliance with TEC standards.
- Issue materials to contractors as necessary.
- Create and adjust policies and procedures to document and improve efficiencies in the construction and customer turn-up process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum three years' experience in field construction preferred.
- Experience with fiber construction/installation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and excellent organizational skills are essential.
