Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Location : Sparta, NJ
Job Summary :
The administrative assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative, clerical, and general accounting tasks including providing support for managers, assisting in daily office needs, and managing company events.
Job Description :
- Assists with accounting and administrative projects.
- Processes credit card payments.
- Performs financial calculations, such as amounts due, balances, and discounts.
- Organizes and schedules appointments.
- Plans meetings and takes detailed minutes.
- Writes and distributes email, correspondence, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develops and maintains a filing system.
- Assists with travel arrangements.
- Liaises with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Organizes, plans, and manages company events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
