This is an opportunity to create efficiency across various business processes supporting an organization. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you'll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop newly designed business processes to achieve improvement in time and cost savings, and quality. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have :
- 5 years of experience leading Lean or Six Sigma initiatives
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma process, methods, and tools
- Knowledge of Theory of Constraints
- Knowledge of process mapping tools, such as Visio or iGrapfx
- Ability to provide leadership and technical support in project life cycle management
- Ability to facilitate and teach process improvement curriculum in small to large audiences
- Ability to mentor and coach practitioners on business process initiatives
- Ability to manage complex executive and multi-organizational relationships
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
