Success in CoE requirements or doctrine operations requires effective communication skills that ensure the client achieves complex objectives with assurance of established quality standards. You'll use your skills and expertise to communicate processes, track status across multiple initiatives, and lead development and submission of task order deliverables. You will capture data, analyze, and report the status of inputs for TRADOC subject matter experts and cross-functional team representatives, TRADOC directorates, and subordinate commands. You will produce well-written, concise, and relevant documents, reports, presentations, and client and contract deliverables. You Have :

• 5 years of experience with TRADOC
• 5 years of experience in Task Order Delivery or Supervision
• Experience as an Army Field Grade Officer
• Ability to effectively interact with Senior Army leaders
• Ability to select, analyze, and present information in an organized, logical, and convincing manner
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to gain cooperation from others
• Ability to work independently without technical supervision and follow schedules associated with writing assignments
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
