We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and demonstrate the ability to engage customers through various sales techniques, including cold calling and product demonstrations. Duties
- Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to showcase their value.
- Negotiate terms and close sales with prospective customers.
- Manage accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market penetration.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage accounts, and report on sales activities.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Experience
- Proven experience in technology sales or inside sales is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in direct sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience conducting product demos that effectively highlight features and benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques in sales.
- Speak other languages.
