As the Associate Creative Director at Así Studios, you will play a pivotal role in driving our creative vision and elevating our brand through inspiring design and innovation. Working closely with the Executive Creative Director(s), you will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate across departments to deliver world-class creative solutions that resonate with our audience.

Your Day-day
- Represent the front-line of the creative process and are maintain the quality of our offerings
- Work directly with brand clients, media agencies, client services team to develop and pitch ideas
- Solicit input from the full creative team and manage a collaborative brainstorm sessions to bring the best pitch to the forefront
- Articulate concepts clearly and concisely - through prose, mood board development, and script-writing for pitch reels
- Support the production team during project production, providing creative oversight, writing support and guidance, helping in seeing through the full reality of the concept from pre-sale to delivery
- Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director to shape and execute the creative vision for the company. Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Generate and develop creative concepts and ideas that align with brand and client objectives, target audience, and project goals.
- Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency in messaging and design across all channels.
- Work closely with marketing, partner solutions, sales, and other teams to ensure creative work is aligned with overall business objectives and timelines.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all creative assets adhere to the brand's identity and values.
- Review and approve creative materials, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure the highest quality output.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to infuse fresh and innovative ideas into our creative work.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and present creative solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Production to manage creative project budgets effectively.
- Monitor the performance of creative projects, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to refine future campaigns
- Experience in creative process.
- Understanding of the U.S. Hispanic audience.
- A positive problem solver who works well solo or with a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Keynote.
- Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Flexible, adaptable work under tight deadlines.
