SUMMARY: The Compliance Administrator is responsible for obtaining and maintaining required licensing certificates and proof of insurance documents required to conduct general and specific business operations. Secondary functions include tracking of educational credentials or other documents required to ensure licensing and insurance documentation is maintained and up to date.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Submits completed jurisdictional applications and required supporting documentation to validate Field Inspector license credentials and/or support individual Inspector procurement of requited/ desired license(s).
- Maintains database of Field Inspector license requirements and renewal dates; identifies renewal dates, requirements and/or deficiencies (new & existing licenses) and coordinates training, testing and educational actions required to correct deficiencies or obtain/renew licenses.
- Obtain business licenses when/where needed to perform Telgian business services in specified markets and jurisdictions; ensures qualifying licenses to support business licenses eligibility are maintained, up to date and on file.
- On request by management, obtains, interprets and communicates jurisdictional code requirements related to licensing, professional credentials, and insurance requirements to support business operations.
- Maintains database to identify current liability insurance coverage needs, existing coverage in place, renewal dates and coverage gaps; ensures required liability insurance is obtained/renewed as required to meet jurisdictional requirements.
- Obtains and/or provide Certificates of Insurance as requested to confirm sufficient coverage is in place to adequately indemnify Vendors working on Telgian’s behalf.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite.
