Description
Telgian is looking for a hands-on Customer Service Representative. Are you an experienced team player who is a self-starter, energetic and goal oriented? At Telgian you will experience high level of achievements while developing relationships.
The Customer Support Representative acts as Telgian's front line communication for time sensitive scheduling and dispatching of service orders.
More specifically you will:
· Handling of inbound calls - We are not a call center environment
· Update customer’s external (third party) work order systems by accepting, noting & closing in accordance to their individual metrics.
· Initial call/email triage of scope definition and required response time. Follow up with customer to advise of receipt and acceptance or rejection of request.
Schedule
- Sunday- OFF
- Monday to Wednesday 5:30am-2:00pm
- Thursday- OFF
- Friday to Saturday 5:30am-2:00pm

- Fire Protection knowledge preferred
- Field Technician experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor degree a plus
